On the product detail page you will need to select the colour, size (where applicable) and quantity of the items you would like and then click on the “Add to bag” button. You can then continue shopping or if you are ready to pay, simply click on your shopping bag at the top right of the screen to check out. You will then be guided through our secure checkout process.

If this is the first time you have ordered online at Josephine Home, you will need to enter all of your billing and delivery details but you will have the option to create an account so that when you return, you will simply have to log-in to access your account.

You have entered the card number correctly (the cud number is the longest number across the front of the card).
You have the correct cardholders name.
You have entered the correct expiry and valid from (if applicable) dates.

The security code (or CVV2 number) on your credit/debit card is a security measure that is required for all transactions. Since a CVV2 number is listed on your card, but is not stored anywhere else, the only way to know the correct CVV2 number is to physically have possession of the card itself.
How to find your CVV2 number:
Most credit/debit cards have a three digit CVV2 number on the back of the card, after the card number in the signature strip. The CVV2 number is four digits on American Express cards, where it appears on the front of the card at the top right.
IF YOU CANNOT READ YOUR CVV2 NUMBER, YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE CARD ISSUER.
If you have a promotional code which entitles you to a discount off your online order, you will need to enter it in the field entitled “Promotion code” in the checkout (before you place your order). Click on the “Apply” button and any discount that is applicable will be applied to your order.
Please check the conditions of your voucher if it does not appear to work on your order as some have special conditions.
If you have successfully placed your order online, you will immediately see your Order Summary. You will also receive an email confirmation that your order has been placed, which will have your order number. If there are likely to be any delays with your order, we will contact you immediately.
At Josephine Home, we try to process all orders as quickly as possible, so depending on what stage your order has reached, you may be unable to change anything on your order. Should you need to change anything on your order, please contact us immediately on +44 (0)20 7751 0100 and we will endeavour to help with any changes you require.
You can cancel your order up until the point of despatch, but as we try to process orders as quickly as possible, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0)20 7751 0100. Please make sure you have your order number to hand.
Yes you can. Simply call +44 (0)20 7751 0100 Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 11am to 5pm and we would be happy to take your order.
Yes. Simply place your order online or call +44 (0)20 7751 0100. It is also possible to change the currency that you are viewing the website in from UK pounds (£) to euros (€) or US dollars ($) on the top left of the website. We charge everything in UK pounds (£). It's also worth bearing in mind that local import duties may be payable on receipt of goods.
