  • A signature will be required upon delivery. A card will be left to rearrange delivery should no one be home.
  • We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12 noon on the same day.
  • Orders are shipped only between Monday - Friday, not including Bank Holidays.
  • Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
  • Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.


We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

You must inform us of your intent to return your purchase and the reason why, by contacting us at or calling us on +44 (0) 20 7751 0100. Please remember to quote your order number.

We are pleased to offer complimentary returns within the UK. For international customers, items are returned at your own cost. We strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from your post office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received at our warehouse. Please also remember to check the 'Returned Goods' box on the carrier's shipping form.

Josephine Home is not responsible for lost returns.

What happens next?

When you return a product to us, we will examine the returned item and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.

Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

This does not apply to bespoke products except in case of defects.
